Hometown Family Medical is a locally owned and operated clinic that specializes in total family wellness. This of course includes men’s health issues. Hometown Family Medical (HFM) has developed its own program to combat the growing number of men who as a matter of age or other issues have a low testosterone level. HFM is a patient friendly and comfortable environment that is able to diagnosis and develop a personalized, confidential treatment plan for each person.

Plan Development: We are through our onsite laboratory able to collect and analyze each individual’s personal testosterone level. After we have collected samples and analyzed the results your treatment will begin. Your treatment plan may include Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Human Growth Hormone replacement (HGH) or Growth Hormone Therapy (GHT), or a combination of both. Your individual plan will be customized to your needs and goals.
